CONSTMACH JC-1 Mobile Jaw Crusher is an excellent solution for crushing the hardest and most abrasive rocks, especially stones with a high ratio of Silica (SiO2), such as granite, basalt and gabbro. This mobile stone crushing plant is a product of sophisticated design and engineering, manufactured with excellent craftsmanship using the highest quality materials and long-lasting components.

The JC-1 attracts attention with its production capacity of 60 to 80 tons per hour. This capacity may vary depending on the degree of hardness of the material to be broken. The maximum feeding size is 610 x 380 mm. The plant is equipped with a cone crusher of the Metso HP 100 or equivalent model, and 3 or 4 different fractions can be obtained simultaneously. When it is necessary to increase the ratio of thinner material or to obtain a more cubic product, the plant can be equipped with a V-70 mobile sand making plant containing a VSI crusher. In this case, the general configuration is called JCV-1.

If necessary, an electric generator can be adapted to the chassis of the plant. The JC-1 offers a user-friendly combination and promises easy assembly/installation features to its operators. The facility can be made ready for use in a very short time. If necessary, the feed hopper and stock conveyors can be equipped with a hydraulic opening mechanism, and in this case the plant can be put into operation without the need for external equipment such as a crane or loader.
